This policy explains how eggmed.com, our marketing website, uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them. The Eggmed platform your practice uses is covered by our Privacy Policy and, for customers, our Business Associate Agreement.
We do not use cookies on this site to collect anyone's health information.
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser, so the site can remember your choices and see how its pages are used. Some are set by us and some by the companies whose tools we use. This policy also covers similar technologies that do the same job, such as pixels, tags, local storage and scripts from other companies.
We use, or may use, four kinds of cookies. The providers in the table are examples of tools we use, or may use, for each kind.

Embedded tools load only on the pages that carry them. For example, the booking calendar on our demo page comes from Calendly.
When you first visit, a banner asks you to choose. Accept turns on analytics and marketing cookies. Reject keeps them off, so only strictly necessary cookies are used. Until you choose, marketing cookies stay off. Embedded tools can still set their own cookies when you use them, for example when you open the booking calendar.
You can change your choice at any time. Select Your Privacy Choices at the bottom of any page, and pick again.
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies. Here is where the setting lives:

Some US state laws call certain marketing cookies "selling" or "sharing" personal information, or "targeted advertising". You can opt out by choosing Reject, or by selecting Your Privacy Choices at the bottom of any page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as the same opt-out, in every state.
Blocking some cookies can stop parts of the site from working, like the booking calendar on our demo page.
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If we make a big change, we also tell you about it on the site.
