No. It's one platform for everyone. Supervision and roles stay out of the way until you actually add someone.

Do I need IT help to set it up?

No. Setup takes one to two days. Our team does your migration for you.

Can I upgrade to a group practice later?

Yes. It's the same account and the same data. Supervision and department roles just turn on.

Does it replace my biller?

Eligibility checks, claims and ERA posting are automated, so many solo providers do their own billing. If you outsource it, your biller sees the same short list of what needs a person.
