The EHR, built for behavioral health

Documented, coded, ready to bill.

An AI note taker, your own templates, scored assessments and treatment plans. Notes are drafted during the session and ready to sign when it ends. The coding is checked before the claim goes out.

Documentation

Documentation that holds up.

A note is a draft until you sign it. Signing locks it for good, with your attestation on record. Need to change a note later? Add an amendment. The record keeps both. Note status shows on every appointment, so unsigned notes never hide.

The note lifecycle

Draft, sign, done.

  • A checklist before every sign-off
  • Note status visible everywhere
  • Start from a previous note

The session

Coding that matches the clock.

A timer runs during the session and suggests the time-based CPT code. You decide. It just does the counting. The claim checklist confirms the time and the code match.

Time, coded

From encounter to billing.

  • CPT code suggested from real time
  • Time shown beside the code at sign-off
  • Mismatches flagged before the claim goes out
  • Telehealth with a per-session link

FAQ

Questions practices ask about the EHR.

If yours isn't here, ask us on the call.

Does the AI record automatically?
No. Recording starts only when you press start. The client sees a consent prompt first. A recording indicator stays visible the whole session.
Can I edit a note after signing it?
Signed notes are locked. That's the point. If a note needs to change, add an amendment. The record shows both versions.
Does the AI note taker work for in-person sessions?
Yes. It works in the room, not just on video calls. You press start, the client consents, and the draft is waiting when the session ends.
Do assessments score themselves?
Yes. GAD-7, PHQ-9, PHQ-15 and PCL-5 are built in and score automatically. Each one can be edited to fit how you work.
What happens to the session audio?
It's saved with the encounter. You can replay it, download it, read the full transcript, or record again.
Can I use my own note format?
Yes. Build your own note, intake, assessment and treatment plan templates. Add scales, uploads and signatures. Show or hide fields based on earlier answers.

See it on your own note types.
