How much does it cost?

One flat plan per practitioner, billed monthly or yearly, every feature included. We give you the exact number on a call, and you can ask about your own setup while you are there.

Is there a setup fee?

Our team handles migration. Confirm the scope, any applicable terms and your go-live plan in your written quote before you switch.

Can I switch from my current EHR?

Yes. We move your client records, notes and schedule for you. You can run both side by side until you're ready.

What happens as we add providers?

Each practitioner is billed at the same flat rate, monthly or yearly. Bringing a larger organization? We walk through it on the call.

Is insurance billing included?

Yes. Eligibility checks, claim submission and ERA posting are part of every plan, not a paid add-on.

Is Eggmed HIPAA compliant?

We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every practice, and it starts when your account is created. Encryption, locked notes and full audit logs are included, not an add-on.
