Creating a new conversation in Eggmed

Eggmed’s Inbox feature allows you to easily communicate with clients and team members. With the ability to create multiple conversations on different topics, staying organized and maintaining clear communication is simple.

What are conversations in Eggmed?

Conversations are chat threads with a specific topic or subject. You can have multiple conversations with the same individual or group (clients or team members).

How to create a new conversation

You can start a new conversation from:

From the dashboard

Click the New message button.

From the inbox page‍

Click the New Message button.

Creating a new conversation

When you click the New message button, a slide-out form titled "New message" will appear:

• Subject: Enter a subject to describe the purpose of your conversation.
  
• Recipients: Select one or more recipients. If multiple people are selected, a "Group Name" field will appear to name your group conversation.
  
• Message: Type your message in the message field.
• Attachments: Upload documents by clicking the Upload File button or dragging and dropping files into the attachment area.
  
• Send: Click Send to create the conversation and send your message.
  

By following these steps, you can efficiently create and manage conversations in Eggmed, keeping your communication seamless and organized.
